For use with silver solder, lead free ir soldering stations, comfortable soldering iron. If you need help on how to solder, call customer support. Kester solder is available for use with weller soldering stations, smt rework stations, and other desoldering tools and a smt rework station

For added flexibility, microprocessor circuitry automatically recognizes all Weller 80-watt soldering tools (such as “Silver” Series soldering pencil WSP80) and provides the optimal setting for that tool. Stations operate on 120VAC and are ESD-safe. They utilize a self-contained internal rotary pump, which generates 20.7" Hg of vacuum pressure and airflow of 1 to 10 liters/min., eliminating the need for shop air. To avoid clogging, a vacuum delay feature on desoldering tool allows solder to reach solder collection chamber before vacuum is shut off. Two configurations are available. Ideal for vertical desoldering, Model WRS10021 comes with DSV80 in-line desoldering tool with internal solder collection chamber. Ideal for horizontal desoldering, Model WRS10022 comes with DS80 desoldering pencil with external solder collection chamber. Both units come with power unit, desoldering hand piece with DS112 tiplet, hand piece holder with sponge, and 3-wire power cord. The optional calibration unit WCB1 can be used to program temperature lock-out (process control), temperature setback (extended tip life), and °F to °C conversion.
