When do we ship your UPS order?
• All UPS orders usually ship same business day if received before 2pm PST, 5pm EST.
Business days are Monday - Friday, Excluding Holidays [WHEN DO YOU RECEIVE UPS ORDERS?]
You are sent tracking information via email when order ships.
You are sent an email when order is delivered.

Exceptions would be if the credit card was declined, Ground shipments that can be shipped complete within the next day or two, the if volume exceeds our capacity (excluding air shipments) since often during Christmas Season we can get more orders than we can ship in one day, these are shipped the next business day.

When do we ship your POSTAL order?
• All Postal Orders, Priority & 1st Class Mail are usually shipped the next business day.
Business days are Monday - Friday, Excluding Holidays. [WHEN DO YOU RECEIVE POSTAL ORDERS?]
Example- if you place an order for mail on Friday, it is mailed on Monday
$50.00 Maximum for orders via the Postal Service!

This will depend on the type of service you choose and your location relative to Southern California.

• UPS 3 Day Select - [USA only. Delivery by end of 3rd business day from shipping date] Subject to dimensional charges-If over a certain dimension determined by UPS, there is an additional charge. We will email or call you if there is! UPS does not guarantee 3 day service in December.

• UPS 2 Day Air - [USA only. Delivery by end of 2nd business day from shipping date] Subject to dimensional charges-If over a certain dimension determined by UPS, there is an additional charge. We will email or call you if there is!

• UPS Next Day Air - [USA only, 1 business day from shipping date] (Overnight. To most cities by 10:30am) Subject to dimensional charges-If over a certain dimension determined by UPS, there is an additional charge. We will email or call you if there is! Saturday Delivery: Specify Saturday delivery in Special Instruction Box $14.00 additional charge and must ship on Friday.

• UPS Ground [Cont. USA only, 1-6 Business days] To Business and residential address's from date shipped. UPS does not guarantee ground service in December.
