Tracking or tracing available? NO. We offer Delivery Confirmation service only.
This only confirms delivery or attempted delivery. That's all and nothing else. If tracking your order is critical, or if your order is critical, choose UPS for the shipping method.
So, Until delivered, the status information displayed about the parcel is basically moot and meaningless.

My order has not shown up. What do I do? You'll Need to wait about 2 Weeks...
Reply to your order confirmation email and PLEASE retain all information in the email with the order number in the subject line. If delivery is taking longer than you expect, we usually just have to wait extra time in case it was misrouted. There is not a lot more we can tell you except it is in the mail. We will check delivery confirmation and advise. If there is anything we can do, we will.

Can anything ship via mail? NO, we can not ship aerosol cans and most chemicals via mail.
These must ship via UPS ground! No aerosol products via mail. Period. Restrictions on many chemicals. Either inquire first, or if restricted, we will simply change the method and shipping charge to UPS ground for you.

Just understand, mail usually always works just fine, but you are choosing a shipping method (mail) that the post office does not guarantee, we have no control over, we can not track, the post office can not track and therefore can not tell you the status. We are laboring the point because about the only issues we receive is about the transit times taking longer than expected! This info is so you can't yell at us for something the Post Office does or does not do. ...or will you? ;)

It CAN take longer than you expect, which upsets you and we understand.
...but We Are Not The Postal Service! We have absolutely no control over the Postal Service or how long THEY take to deliver the mail!
Delivery Confirmation Service only shows deliver date and time but has absolutely no way to trace or track your package and therefore, neither can we.

Basically, You get it when the postal service delivers it. And again, this is something we have no control over. We emphatically state this because the predominate complaint we receive is about postal delivery times.
Of course we will do all we can if there are any delays or problems, but if you choose mail, there is not a lot we can do. Just understand, it usually always works just fine, but you are choosing a shipping method (mail) that the post office does not guarantee, we have no control over, we can not track, the post office can not track and therefore can not tell you the status, and the order is not consider it lost until about 2 weeks after expected delivery date.
