1.Push the wires through the front of the connector with the cable tight in the back.
You can see the wiring is correct and ensures a good crimp on pins and the strain relief!
2. Crimp!
3. Trim excess wire from the front of the connector.
From experience, just make sure no stray wire strands are left. And...
