To Choose an EPROM Programmer (Minimum Requirement to Program Your IC)
Start with Romax, go to "Supported Device Listing" and search for the IC.
(Cntrl-F on your Browser)
You will need the exact number of the device you wish to program, and the MFG.
If not found, go to next programmer until found. This will be the minimum programmer that meets your requirement.
If you can not find it in any of the listings, email us with this information and we'll see if it is a new device added to one of our programmers to be able to program the IC.

Detailed Description

UniMax is a high-speed universal device programmer for USB 2.0 PC-interface. It programs a 64Mbit flash memory in 42 seconds. This is a true low-price production oriented system. The UniMax meets the demands of today's programming solution for lab applications.

With high throughput and maximum flexibility , you won't have to worry about a production bottleneck keeping your design off the market. As many as eight UniMax programmers can be connected together, controlled by a single PC with no loss of programming speed, reliability or performance.

D-ERASE EPROM ERASER

Our DERASE will erase four chips at a time and has an internal timer with a beeper that sounds for one minute after the lamp has turned off. Power is supplied by a 24V 100 mA adapter - included. The timer unit has a trimmer pot and can be adjusted to set the exposure time from 4 to 24 minutes. The timer resets each time the unit is turned on.
