intended to allow any device with an RS-232 Port to enjoy the benefits of higher data
rates and longer cable lengths than can be had with RS-232 The PolyCom I converts RS-232 (DB25 Female) to either RS-422 or RS-485, depending on the settings of the mode switches.
Data rates up to
38.4KBPS and line lengths of up to 2,000 feet are supported. |
